I was inspired to do this type of work thanks to my friend Dorothy Mitchell, as she lost a leg to Diabetes. Dorothy was a plus sized lady that found herself needing specialty clothing and found there wasn’t any in her size. At times it would be difficult to enjoy visitors.

I have been sewing for over 25 years and enjoyed this new challenge.
